Our founder, Chad Lowe, has spent 33 years in manufacturing, including 15 with Tier 2 and Tier 3 automotive suppliers and 15 in steel processing, and more than 22 years in IT. He has worked with inventory systems, EDI, Six Sigma and lean.

- No. We work for our clients, not vendors. We take no referral fees or commissions, so our recommendation is based only on what fits your plant.
- Will AI replace my people?
- That is not how we use it. We use AI and automation to take repetitive work off your people, such as data entry, reports and order handling, and a person stays in charge of every decision.
- How is this priced?
- Case by case. Every plant is different, so we agree a fixed project price with you after a short scoping call, with no hourly billing and a quote valid for 30 days. Clients on our Secure + Compliance plan get this work at 60% off our standard rate.
